Legal & policies
Privacy, terms of service and our refund & returns policy — written to be read, not just signed.
1What we collect
We collect only what we need to sell you a skin and deliver it via Steam: your name and email, billing details, your Steam trade-URL (and optionally Steam ID), order history, and basic technical data such as IP address and device type for security and fraud prevention.
- Account data — name, email, password (hashed).
- Order data — items, prices, billing address, payment status.
- Delivery data — Steam trade-URL, Steam ID, trade status.
- Technical data — IP, browser, pages viewed (see Cookies).
2How we use it
To process orders, deliver skins, verify your email, send order and price-drop notifications, prevent fraud, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal data.
3Steam & third parties
We share the minimum necessary with trusted processors: our payment provider (card data is handled by them under PCI-DSS — it never touches our servers), Steam/Valve for trade delivery, CSFloat for authenticity checks, and email/analytics providers. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
4Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart, session and security, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage optional cookies via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your currency (EUR/USD) preference is stored locally on your device.
5Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us — we respond within one month.

Questions about privacy? Email privacy@skinharbor.com or write to SIA SkinHarbor, Riga, Latvia. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
1Who we are
SkinHarbor is operated by SIA SkinHarbor, a company registered in Riga, Latvia. By using the store or buying a skin, you agree to these Terms. SkinHarbor is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation; Counter-Strike and CS2 are trademarks of Valve.
2Accounts
You must be 18 or older to buy. You’re responsible for keeping your login and Steam trade-URL accurate and secure. We verify your email before your first purchase. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse or trade scams.
3Buying & delivery
Each listing is a unique item; the float, paint seed, pattern and inspect link shown are for that exact skin. Prices include marketplace and payment fees. After payment, a Steam trade offer is sent from our verified bot — delivery is manual and usually completes within minutes.
- Your Steam inventory must be public and able to receive trade offers.
- Title passes to you when you accept the trade offer in Steam.
- We re-verify authenticity before every delivery.
4Acceptable use
Don’t use the store for money laundering, fraud, or to buy items you intend to use in violation of Steam’s terms. Don’t attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
5Liability
We provide the store with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law we aren’t liable for losses arising from Steam outages, your inventory settings, or factors outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
6Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
1Our promise
If we can’t deliver a skin you paid for, you get your money back — in full, in the currency you paid. That’s the simple version. The sections below cover the details.
2When you’re refunded
- We can’t deliver the skin (e.g. it became unavailable before the trade completed).
- The item delivered doesn’t match the float, pattern or exterior shown at purchase.
- You were charged in error or for a duplicate order.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3Non-returnable items
Because skins are unique digital items whose exact attributes are revealed and chosen at purchase, a successfully delivered skin that matches its listing is generally non-returnable — comparable to a personalised or made-to-order good under EU consumer law.
4How to request
Open your orders and select the order, or email support@skinharbor.com with your order number. We respond within one business day.
5Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, contact us first — we’ll almost always sort it faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks filed on successfully delivered skins may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
