Buying
How do I buy a skin?
Browse the vault, select the skin with the float and exterior you want, add to cart and complete checkout. You’ll need a valid Steam trade URL — you can set it on your account page before or during checkout.
Is each listing a specific skin (not a stock photo)?
Yes. Every listing is a specific skin in a specific exterior, with the float band for that wear tier — never a generic stock photo. Because each order is sourced and sent by hand, the unit you receive is one matching that skin and exterior, not necessarily the one whose serial data sat behind the page.
Can I buy multiple skins at once?
Absolutely. Add as many skins as you like to your cart — each is a unique item, so there’s no quantity stepper. They’re delivered together as one or more Steam trade offers.
Do prices include all fees?
Yes — the price you see already includes platform and payment fees. No surprise charges at the end.
Steam delivery
How does delivery work?
After payment confirms, we source the skin, check it against your order by hand and send a Steam trade offer from our bot account. You accept the offer in Steam — the skin goes straight to your inventory. No third-party app required.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within minutes of payment clearing. Because each trade is verified by hand, some orders take a little longer — you’ll always see the live status in your orders. You’re notified at every stage.
What’s a Steam trade URL and where do I find it?
It’s the link that lets us send you a trade offer. In Steam, go to Inventory → Trade Offers → “Who can send me Trade Offers?” and copy the Trade URL at the bottom. Add it in your account or at checkout. Buying as a gift? Paste the recipient’s trade URL so the skin goes directly to them.
Do I need Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator?
Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator must be active for at least 15 days on your account, otherwise Steam imposes a 15-day hold on all trades. We recommend enabling it well before purchasing.
Floats & authenticity
What is a float value?
A float is a number from 0 to 1 that represents how worn a CS2 skin looks. Lower = cleaner. It maps to the five exteriors from Factory New through Battle-Scarred and can significantly affect price.
How do you verify authenticity?
Every skin is sourced from an established CS2 marketplace and matched to your order by hand before the trade offer goes out — skin, exterior and wear tier. The offer always comes from our own Steam bot account, never from a third party, and a mismatch is never sent.
Do you publish paint seeds or inspect links?
No — and we’d rather say so than imply otherwise. The float we show is indicative: it reflects the wear tier of the skin, derived from market data for that exterior band. Because each order is sourced by hand, a paint seed or inspect link published before purchase would not necessarily belong to the unit you end up receiving, so we don’t quote them. The wear tier you see is the wear tier you get.
CS2 skin glossary
Exterior (Factory New, Field-Tested, Battle-Scarred…)
The exterior describes how worn a skin looks. There are five tiers: Factory New (float 0.00–0.07), Minimal Wear (0.07–0.15), Field-Tested (0.15–0.38), Well-Worn (0.38–0.45), and Battle-Scarred (0.45–1.00). A lower float means less visible wear.
Rarity (Consumer, Mil-Spec, Classified, Covert…)
Rarity reflects how often a skin appears in case drops. From most to least common: Consumer Grade, Industrial Grade, Mil-Spec, Restricted, Classified, Covert. Knives and gloves are Extraordinary — the rarest tier. Higher rarity generally means higher value.
StatTrak™
StatTrak™ is a factory-fitted counter on the skin that records your confirmed kills in-game. The count is personal to each owner and resets to zero if the skin is traded. StatTrak versions are rarer and typically command a higher price.
Float value
Float is a precise wear number from 0.00 to 1.00 assigned when a skin is created, and it never changes afterwards. Lower = cleaner appearance. It is the main driver of price within the same exterior tier. The float we display is indicative of the exterior band you are buying, not a per-unit reading.
Souvenir
Souvenir skins are dropped during official CS2 Major tournaments. They carry gold stickers from the match and the teams that played — making them collector items tied to specific events. They cannot be created any other way.
Payments & refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards, plus PayPal. All payments run over a PCI-DSS compliant, 256-bit SSL checkout — card details never touch our servers.
Can I pay in USD?
Yes. Use the currency switch in the header to see prices in your currency; you’re charged in the currency shown at checkout.
What’s your refund policy?
If a skin can’t be delivered, you’re refunded in full. Because skins are unique digital items revealed at purchase, completed deliveries are generally non-returnable — see our Refund & Returns policy for the details.
Account
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. An account is required to complete a purchase — it lets us verify your email before the trade offer is sent. Registration is quick and free.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Because skins are delivered manually, we verify your email before taking payment — it protects your order and ensures delivery notifications reach you. You’ll confirm it once via a link.
Where do I set my Steam trade URL?
Go to My account → Steam trade URL. You can also set it during checkout. Your trade URL is found at steamcommunity.com under Inventory → Trade Offers → “Who can send me Trade Offers?”.
What are price-drop alerts?
On any skin page, use “Notify me on a price drop” and we’ll email you when that skin’s price drops. Manage or cancel your alerts anytime under Price alerts in your account.
